SpaceOut Privacy Policy

Last updated: [2026-09-12]

1. Who we are

SpaceOut is operated by ALI OZEL.

Privacy contact: info.apptoxin@gmail.com

2. What SpaceOut does

SpaceOut helps you review photos in your Apple Photos library for possible duplicates, similar photos, blurry photos, screenshots, and other cleanup candidates.

The current App Store release is photo-only. Any future Files or PDF features will be covered by an updated policy before they are enabled.

3. Photos and on-device processing

SpaceOut requests access to your Photos library only to provide its photo review and cleanup features. Photo analysis, grouping, thumbnails, and scan results are processed on your device.

SpaceOut does not upload your photos, videos, thumbnails, analysis results, hashes, or library identifiers to a SpaceOut server. SpaceOut does not require an account or sign-in.

You can grant limited Photos access and choose which photos the app can inspect. You can change or revoke access in Apple Settings at any time.

4. Deletion choices

SpaceOut does not automatically delete photos. You choose what to remove and confirm the action. Selected items are sent to Apple's Recently Deleted area through the Photos framework and remain subject to Apple's Photos behavior and retention rules.

5. Information we collect

SpaceOut does not operate an account system or upload your photos, videos, thumbnails, analysis results, hashes, or library identifiers to a SpaceOut server. The app may store local preferences and local scan or review state on your device so it can remember your choices. This information is not sent to us.

SpaceOut uses Google Mobile Ads to deliver and measure a single interstitial ad placement after a successful cleanup, when an ad is available. Google may collect and process information such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers, ad interaction information, crash logs, and performance data for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Google may use an IP address to estimate a device's general location. Google does not receive your Photos library, thumbnails, photo identifiers, or on-device analysis results from SpaceOut.

6. Third-party services

SpaceOut uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform to request, deliver, measure, and manage privacy choices for ads. Depending on your region, Google may present a consent form and provide a way to change applicable advertising privacy choices from SpaceOut's Privacy & Safety screen.

This release does not present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Google Mobile Ads may still process the limited information described above as permitted by the user's regional privacy choices and platform settings.

For more information about Google's data practices, see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

7. Children

SpaceOut does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not collect personal information or require account registration.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when SpaceOut's features or data practices change. The updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date.
